What does recurring cleaning help cost?
The same as a single cleaning: from approx. 387 DKK per hour including VAT, pension and holiday pay — there is no subscription and no extra fee for making the arrangement recurring. A typical three-hour visit costs from approx. 1,161 DKK, and you pay per visit: the amount is reserved on your card about two days before the visit and only charged about two days after the cleaning is done.
The wage share of your payment is tax-deductible in Denmark (servicefradrag), and an ordinary recurring arrangement — three hours every other week — already reaches the deduction cap for one adult. After the deduction, three hours land at approx. 982 DKK. The cleaner sets their own hourly wage; the collective agreement with 3F puts a floor under it at DKK 180.00.

Does a recurring arrangement have a commitment period?
No. A recurring cleaning arrangement with Hilfr has no commitment, no subscription and no notice period. If a single visit is inconvenient, just cancel that one. If you want to stop entirely, "cancel all future visits" is one button on your booking — it costs nothing, and you never have to explain yourself.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes — that is the whole idea. Your recurring arrangement lives with the hilfr you chose yourself, and every visit is planned with the same person. You get to know each other, the home and your wishes, so you never explain things twice. Should your hilfr one day stop or move on, we help you find a new one.
How often should you have cleaning?
Every other week is the most chosen rhythm among Hilfr’s recurring customers — 43.9% are on it, and it suits most homes. Weekly is worth considering for larger households or homes with children and pets. Every four weeks also exists, but there is then more to get through at each visit.
A typical example: a three-room flat, two adults and a child — three hours every other week, the same hilfr, the same weekday.
